Lobby Bartender
About The Position
Displaying your unique personality and bar skills, you will engage with guests to create a memorable experience! You will be responsible for welcoming guests in our lobby Bar explaining the menu and taking beverage orders while upselling other food items in the dinner menu. You will serve Beverages according to Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa standards. You will also be responsible to setup the area for dinner service. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations. Comply with all food & Beverage regulations
Requirements
- Relevant bar certificate
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a upscale high end Restaurant
- Experience in shift opening and closing procedure.
- Knowledge of food and wine pairing.
- Candidate will be well spoken , gracious and ready to follow Marriott Standards and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
