The Special Loans Analysts process payoff and reinstatement quote requests from customers and third parties. Special Loan Analysts also perform ACH related processes. • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree (A. A.) from two-year College preferred.
• Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS and Sagent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Processes requests for ACH, including ACH drafting for trial modifications.
• Processes requests for payoff statements.
• Perform Pre-Payment Penalty calculations.
• Processes requests for reinstatement quotes.
• Processes system maintenance requests.
• Process Trial Plan Payment requests.
• Reviews daily reports related to Loan Support departmental processes.
• Assists with special projects.
• Update policies and procedures as needed.
