Requirements

  • Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
  • Proficient in computer applications Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High degree of speed and even higher degree of accuracy
  • Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules
  • Critical thinking and reasoning skills
  • Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
  • Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Work well under stress and deadline while managing multiple tasks
  • Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

  • Keyboard skills
