Requirements

  • Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong research abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Support – Assist with client onboarding, answer inquiries, process loan payments and advances, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Loan Processing & Documentation – Prepare commitment letters, review loan documents for accuracy, assist with loan closings, and work closely with lenders and third parties.
  • Loan Maintenance – Manage document tracking, handle loan disbursements, ensure compliance, and monitor loan renewals.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration – Work with various teams, including the appraisal department, central loan processing, and external partners like attorneys and title companies.
  • Delinquency & Payment Management – Process payments, monitor delinquent loans, and keep lenders informed on past-due accounts.
