Requirements

  • Education & Experience – You will need an Associate's degree in Business or a related field AND 4-6 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Support – Assist with client onboarding, answer inquiries, process loan payments and advances, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Loan Processing & Documentation – Prepare commitment letters, review loan documents for accuracy, assist with loan closings, and work closely with lenders and third parties.
  • Loan Maintenance – Manage document tracking, handle loan disbursements, ensure compliance, and monitor loan renewals.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration – Work with various teams, including the appraisal department, central loan processing, and external partners like attorneys and title companies.
  • Delinquency & Payment Management – Process payments, monitor delinquent loans, and keep lenders informed on past-due accounts.
