As a Loan Support Analyst Sr within PNC’s Corporate Loan Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; or Brecksville, OH. Core hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am EST – 5:00 pm EST. As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will manage an assigned portfolio of commercial loan relationships, providing high quality servicing and operational support to clients across industries such as corporate banking, public finance, healthcare, and financial institutions. In this role, you will review and interpret legal loan documentation—including notes, loan agreements, amendments, and related collateral documents—to ensure system accuracy and alignment with contractual terms. You will execute and process a wide range of loan transactions such as advances, payments, interest adjustments, waivers, margin/spread changes, and loan cancellations or closures, while proactively identifying and resolving servicing issues. This position requires regular communication via email and phone with clients and Relationship Managers to address inquiries and ensure seamless loan operations, with no sales goals. The role does not involve equipment finance or underwriting; instead, it focuses on accurate servicing, operational risk awareness, and delivering a consistent, client centered experience. Responsibilities

• Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
