Role Overview The Senior Analyst Corporate Compliance supports Aetna’s Commercial insurance business by helping ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and legal agreements. This role works closely with business partners to implement new or updated regulatory requirements, document compliance actions, and confirm that controls are effective. You will also support reviews of business initiatives, address regulatory findings, assist with settlement agreement obligations, and perform risk assessments to monitor ongoing compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance or related business experience implementing regulatory or policy changes
  • Experience supporting multi-team initiatives and corrective actions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to implement new or changing regulatory requirements
  • Document compliance actions and gather evidence to confirm effectiveness
  • Support compliance with settlement agreements and regulatory findings
  • Review business initiatives for regulatory impact
  • Conduct risk assessments and help monitor compliance performance
  • Contribute to compliance programs that promote ethical behavior and reduce risk
