The person in this position will be responsible for providing service and support for consumer loans, including employee support, processing payoffs, servicing backend products, insurance, and title work. Additional responsibilities may include providing Front Desk support at our West Jordan Financial Center location (FC1). Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: We elevate our members’ financial experience through best-in-class Service and Solutions. This is accomplished primarily through giving superior support to our member facing teams.
