Requirements
- 3-5 years of Mortgage or Banking experience
- Familiar with Mortgage documents
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel
- Organized and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Work well independently
Responsibilities
- Review Mortgage documents for Construction to Perm loans to determine original P&I payment methodology and review any subsequent ARM notices and modification documents for payment change activity. Log findings in tracker.
- Complete payment amortization schedules for C-P Loans and compare to original note. Calculate updated payment change if applicable.
- Review payment histories/servicing system to identify potential P&I changes.
- Update customer correspondence and log customer responses accordingly.
- Assist in creating Loan modification documents.
- Other duties as assigned
