About The Position

Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to Servicing and Post Close Department by sorting the signed Closing Package into their respective Placeholders within 1 business day of Funding. These duties to be performed timely and accurately as this process directly effects vital downstream processes.

  • Problem Solving – an ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional level with management, closing agents, Post Close, 3rd party vendors, investors and all co-workers
  • Computer proficiency – the ability to effectively utilize required software packages, Word, Excel, Encompass, Internet

  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Pull loans from the Auto Assign pipeline to ensure tasks are completed within required time lines
  • Auto assign signed Closing Package to the respective placeholders
  • Manually assign remaining non-auto assigned document to their respective placeholders
  • Enter TCPA Consent Form option
  • Interaction with Post Close, Servicing and Closing Department
  • Additional duties may be added, as required.
