The Loan Servicing Analyst I consist of administrative and customer service responsibilities. The Loan Servicing Analyst I is required to convey an image of professionalism, efficiency, and competence as a member of the Celtic Bank team. This role is expected to deliver exceptional customer service via inbound phone calls and emails by satisfying customer questions and requests. The Loan Servicing Analyst I will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Celtic Bank General Policies as well as state and federal regulations.
