About The Position
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? We're looking for a Loan Servicer I to provide timely and precise lending support across all areas of our bank. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position and can be located at many of our Community First Bank locations.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries and resolve loan-related issues through research and problem-solving.
- Balance general ledger and internal accounts.
- Prepare simplified loan documentation and reports.
- Review files, perfect and release collateral.
- Maintain tickler lists and systems.
- Enter and manage loans in our core processing system.
