Working as a Mortgage Loan Servicer In this role, you'll support members and internal teams by responding to mortgage-related questions, including payoffs, insurance, and tax payments. You'll manage an assigned mortgage servicing portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely loan maintenance and reporting. You'll collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile general ledgers and assist with subordination and modification requests. Your responsibilities also include supporting annual escrow analysis and disbursements, managing lien perfection and releases, and ensuring all activities align with regulatory guidelines. Staying current is key, so you'll review updates from AllRegs, follow credit union policies, and participate in ongoing training to remain up to date on State and Federal regulations. You'll also contribute to additional projects and responsibilities that support the credit union's overall goals and commitment to exceptional member service.

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
