What You'll Do
Administer and maintain loan accounts post-purchase with accurate setup, servicing, and balance reconciliation
Support loan boarding processes including data validation and reconciliation to purchase agreements
Perform loan ?le audits and quality control reviews for compliance with standards
Coordinate loan funding, sales, payoffs, and account closures with regulatory compliance
Execute reconciliations and reporting for data integrity and ?nancial reporting
Focus on accuracy and documentation
Utilize excellent written/verbal skills for documenting and explaining ?ndings
Actively use critical thinking to identify exceptions and coordinate resolution and problem solve
Quali?cations
• 1-3 years banking experience in Loan Operations, Accounting, or Servicing
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel pro?ciency; adaptable to new systems
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
