About The Position
The Loan Quality Specialist is responsible for the overall review of client files for all loans in order to ensure accuracy & quality prior to being submitted to the Loan Processing group for document generation & completion. Additionally, the Loan Quality Specialist will be responsible for the review and shipping of original documents which have been completed by the Loan Processing group.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor when communicating with others, both verbally and in writing
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Efficient time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Managing various shared inboxes
- Reviewing customer documents to ensure file is true and correct prior to loan contracts being shipped to customers
- Printing, highlighting, shipping loan documents and state specific titling forms
- Training on general process for QA reviewand contracting of loans for overflow support
- Additional responsibilities as determined byLoan Processing Manager
