About The Position

The Loan Specialist is responsible for assisting Auto Approve customers through the loan document signing and funding process. The Loan Specialist helps to ensure all information is accurate, and that documents are signed correctly. They collect additional documentation and items from the customer as needed for funding and titling. The Loan Specialist will use documentation checklists and review all pertinent documents to successfully prepare loans for funding review. As a Loan Specialist, you may directly interact with Auto Approve’s customers, so it is essential that you have the confidence and energy to properly serve our customers.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• 1 + year of customer service experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of data entry experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of loan processing experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in the finance industry (preferred)
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Generating auto refinance loan and time documents in a timely manner
• Using an internal CRM to accurately review documents, input data and execute status updates as the loan progresses
• Verifying all stipulations for loan packages and information such as loan payoff amount, collateral valuation, and interest rate
• Assisting Auto Approve customers to gather all documentation required to fund their loan, as well as in the electronic signing process
• Creating both loan and title forms, with the potential of walking customers through completion of title forms over the phone
• Partnering internally with other loan processors, loan support and title specialists to ensure all requirements are met
• Ensuring smooth customer experience for all Auto Approve customers
• Handling questions and clarifications related to the loan/title documents (internally and externally)
• Ensuring that all documents are completed and signed correctly
