About The Position

A Loan Operations Specialist plays an important role in managing the loan process within Four Corners Community Bank and performs a variety of administrative functions necessary to support the loan process. The individual in this role is essential for ensuring that loans are maintained efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance, real estate contracts and/or property title work or a related field is a plus
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to details. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Communication Skills: Able to compose a professional and clear email or letter with little to no grammatical errors and excellent phone skills

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Process loan payments and related wires
- Ensure documents on file are current and review for discrepancies
- Communicate and interact with customers and team to ensure accurate record keeping
- Process all paid loans, gathering documents and information, releasing collateral
