This position requires a deadline-driven, organized, and detail-minded individual who would be responsible for providing operational support to Servicing based upon set tasks and schedules, or as directed. Additional responsibilities may be added to adapt to Company growth. This position offers a flexible work environment and is available for an immediate start.

Requirements

  • Education: Two-year degree, preferably a four year degree or related experience
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of previous administrative or related operations experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; plan, set and adhere to time constraints
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving skills to reflect level of responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide premier customer service to lenders, borrowers, other Northmarq staff, and outside vendors
  • Process and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
  • Review and enter checks received for the day and prepare the daily deposit
  • Assist with monitoring various group emails inboxes and ensure timely responses
  • Review and deliver outgoing checks to appropriate parties
  • Update shared calendars and book conference rooms
  • Order and setup catering
  • Run various reports and save to our document management system
  • Review documents that are received electronically or by mail and ensure they are processed same day received
  • Ensure the loan servicing system is accurately updated to reflect receipt of Financial and Inspection documents
  • Prepare files for imaging and/or upload to document management system.
  • Obtain loan documents after closing within the expected time frames to ensure accurate setup and servicing of the loan
  • Responsible for accurate input of loan information into our servicing system
  • Provide general operational support to other areas which includes providing support at the front desk
  • Other areas of responsibilities as assigned by management
