Provides quality customer service and works toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintains a positive attitude and provides team support. Including but not limited to any of the following duties: 1) maintaining new and current customer files and note shucks, 2) interfacing with dealers and individual customers such as payoffs, ordering of replacement coupon books, and any other research, questions or maintenance regarding the loan, 3) processing of non-post items, 4) set up of ACH and/or auto debit payments, 5) research of return mail, and 6) any other task(s) regarding loans. Scanning of loan operational documents to reduce retention and have accessible through the Navigator software. (ie: including but not limited to return mail, payoff faxed requests, insurance requests, addendums from the collectors, automatic payments, late fee waivers, extensions, account maintenance.
