Sale of the Bank’s loan products and the loan products of Bank-approved investors or lenders. Development of new business and business sources for the Bank through its Branch network and marketing efforts. Development of new business and business sources for the Bank outside the Branch network. Strengthening of an awareness of the Bank, its history and its services in customers and potential customers and in referral sources. A Mortgage Loan Officer must register in NMLS (Mortgage Loan Officer Full Name) and remain registered throughout the period he or she works for the Bank. A Mortgage Loan Officer may only secure loans through the Bank or the Bank-approved investors or lenders. A Mortgage Loan Officer must fully educate himself or herself on all applicable Bank policies and procedures and must strictly adhere to all such policies and procedures, including but not limited to those governing the provision of rate quotes and the locking of rates. A Mortgage Loan Officer must ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. All loans must be priced in accordance with the Bank of Hope-provided price sheet in effect at the time the Mortgage Loan Officer locks the loan. A Mortgage Loan Officer must timely collect all applicable fees as set forth in the Bank of Hope Corporate Fee Sheet then in effect, and a Mortgage Loan Officer may not waive any applicable fees without the prior written approval of [Branch or Regional Manager]. Application Fees: Must be collected at the time of providing service. Appraisal Fees: Must be collected at the time of providing service. Corporate Fees: All corporate fees, add-ons and/or up charges, as set forth in the Bank of Hope Corporate Fee Sheet must be collected. Administrative Fees: The Bank charges an administrative fee associated with the closing of the loan. To ensure complete, accurate, and timely loan processing, data capture, and generation of business records, a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer may use only those data systems provided and used by the Bank; including but not limited to the loan origination system, prescribed automated underwriting systems (if applicable), and payroll and accounting systems. A Loan Officer may not use any other program or system without the prior written consent of Executive Vice President –Mortgage Lending.
