About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Officer/Loan officer assistants to join our growing mortgage team. You will guide clients through the loan process from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant experience. A typical day includes speaking with prospective borrowers, reviewing financial documentation, structuring loan options, issuing pre-approvals, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and referral partners. You will actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up while maintaining strong compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to analyze credit, income, and asset documentation
- Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of multiple loans
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
