GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for leading, supervising and developing the Loan Administration team. Maintain acceptable level of credit quality, demonstrate, and implement procedures and culture. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Processes loans, which include preparation work, computer input and follow-up. Oversees loan administration team to ensure, policies and procedures are being followed, reporting is done in a timely manner, and completion of annual loan reviews and covenant testing requirements are met. May assist with loan closings. Prepare reports for management. Assists with preparation of loans for loan committee, as needed. Establishes, maintains, and revises filing and record keeping articles, records, and other documents. Assists with customers in reference to loan questions or account questions. Assists will bill paying and GL entries. Exception tracking. Processes payments. Performs other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance.
