Join High Concrete in Denver, PA , where your future is built to last. We are looking for a Load Coordinator to join our team! The Load Coordinator will support the Shipping Department in overall daily operation by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks to improve load efficiencies. Create load lists using erection sequence provided by PMs. Receive daily orders from site representatives and provide information to operations and High Transit, coordinating daily shipments of loads to jobsite. Works with operations and develops storage plans for finished goods. Conducts daily input of invoicing records. Individual will report to the Vice President of Construction. This is a 1st shift position working Monday-Friday with a start time between 5AM-7AM. Starting at $23.00/hour and will increase based on previous relevant work experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and working knowledge of Windows and SAP
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and strong mathematical application skills is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Obtain customer sequence schedules in advance through project management.
  • Incorporate sequence data in SAP to create Load Lists to distribute to Transit, leadpersons, Project Management and erector.
  • Process and post shipping invoices to match pay data base within acceptable timelines.
  • Assist hauling contractor billing as required.
  • Create daily shipping orders from information received from erectors.
  • Distribute daily orders to leadpersons, Transit, Quality Control and Final Finishing department.
  • Review yard sheets from loading crews for trailers and pre-load information as well as update serial number as needed.
  • Maintain trailer numbers in the SAP shipping board.
  • Create and update various daily reports (morning update, trailer assignments, daily shipping update)
  • Work with Operations and develop storage plans for finished goods.
  • Maintain the “shipping board” of outbound and returning trailers daily.
  • Post goods issue and yard locations in SAP
  • Obtain required trailers from leadpersons for following days’ permits (send to Transit)
  • Maintain daily shipments in match pay spreadsheet
  • Create pre-load sheets for loading crews
  • Verify bills of lading each day.
  • Assist HCG Leads, Transit, Erectors, and Project Managers as necessary with load related questions.
  • Assist Stockroom with coordination of required hardware for jobsites.
  • Post long term shipping schedule for Material Handling team.
