About The Position

The Load Out Operator uses PLC computer touchscreens for loading outbound trucks with finished product and is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of material for processing. Operates yard and plant equipment to load materials. Washes plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using high pressure power washer. Performs general cleaning as needed in work areas. Keeps area clean; raw materials piled out of driving area. Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations. Reviews and evaluates qualitative data reports to verify that product meets Company specifications. All other duties as assigned. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be able to drive truck with standard transmission
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• Professional CDL preferred but not required
• Basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers
• Good oral and written skills; able to follow oral and written directions
• Ability to review & comprehend qualitative data reports to verify product meets specifications
• Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations
