OVERVIEW OF POSITION: The LMS Administrator manages the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures the effective delivery of training, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with the organization’s Easterseals Southern California (ESSC)’s mission. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about enabling employee growth and compliance through Workday.
