The Living Solution Leader for North America is responsible for the success and strategic direction of the product portfolio, focusing on growing pipeline, bookings, and revenue through collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams. This role emphasizes client retention, upselling, and cross-selling while leading cross-functional initiatives and maintaining market competitiveness. Drive financial success: Set and achieve goals for pipeline, bookings, and revenue by leading cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and adapting strategies as needed. Market strategy and thought leadership: Develop business models, own marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies, maintain competitive intelligence, and represent the company at industry events to drive revenue growth. Product excellence and client partnerships: Collaborate on product roadmaps, act as subject matter expert, manage pricing and messaging, and build strong client relationships to increase product penetration and drive new sales. The Role: The Living Solution Leader for North America owns the success of the product portfolio and sets the go-to-market strategic direction to build and grow the pipeline, bookings and revenue through partnerships, bundles, solutions, pricing schemes, promotions, growth initiatives, and marketing campaigns. This person works closely with sales, marketing, and product leadership to regularly align to client opportunities and challenges across software, services and partnerships. The Solution leader will lead the sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives with a focus on increasing client retention, existing client penetration, upselling, cross selling and net new sales. This is accomplished through close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, product marketing, sales, rev ops, customer success, and services.
