We are seeking a loving, nurturing, and highly experienced Nanny to provide care for our 5-month-old daughter, in Suwanee, GA. This role is crucial due to her history of Failure to Thrive (FTT), requiring a caregiver with expertise in advanced infant feeding techniques often associated with premature babies. The schedule is a consistent part-time commitment: Tuesdays and Thursdays (with one day 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and the other 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). The ideal candidate will be proactive, non-micromanaged, and focused on facilitating her mental and physical milestones, including sensory activities, sitting up, and promoting consistent crib sleeping during naps. Due to Mom's chronic illness and need for rest, this position requires a genuine "servant's heart" and a high level of empathy, with flexibility for occasional date nights and overnight stays a significant plus. The successful nanny must be able to keenly read the room—engaging warmly with the talkative father when appropriate, yet respecting the quiet, introverted nature of the mother, who works virtually. Daily tasks include full baby laundry, washing and sterilizing bottles, managing the diaper station, and light cleaning (dishes, counter tidiness). We are especially interested in candidates with a humble, genuine demeanor. Cooking and family meal prep is a huge plus as the mother does not enjoy cooking. Must love our two small Chihuahua dogs and know how to swim for water safety. We are looking for a long-term partner who brings peace and predictability, allowing the family to thrive.
