We are seeking a confident, and highly interactive live-out Nanny Manager for a family in Dunwoody. The first portion of the day will focus on household management, transitioning into childcare and after-school support for a 7-year-old daughter. House management responsibilities include family laundry, light cooking or meal prep (including washing fruit and helping keep the fridge organized), unloading the dishwasher, running errands such as grocery pickups, organizing projects, breaking down boxes, taking trash to the curb when needed, and communicating when household items are running low. Light housekeeping is expected only as it relates to the child—tidying the daughter’s room and bathroom and encouraging her to clean up after herself; no full-house cleaning is required. The family does not eat pork, and pork should not be brought into the home. The ideal candidate will earn Mom’s trust over time and bring a direct, respectful, and nurturing approach—someone warm, bubbly, creative, and engaging who can set clear boundaries, is not a pushover, and understands that disrespect is not tolerated (with appropriate consequences such as limiting screen time). This role is best suited for someone flexible, proactive, and confident in guiding light homework, interacting meaningfully with the child, and supporting the household with care and professionalism.
