About The Position

Care to Stay Home is hiring for a live-in caregiver positions in Spokane to support a single client through a shared weekly rotation. This role is structured for two caregivers: One caregiver works 4 consecutive 24-hour days The second caregiver works 3 consecutive 24-hour days This model provides consistency for the client and predictable scheduling for caregivers. The Live-In Caregiver provides around-the-clock support in the client’s home, including: Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and mobility Meal preparation and routine household upkeep Medication reminders Stand-by or hands-on support as needed Overnight presence for safety and reassurance You will have designated rest periods and sleep time while remaining on-site. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of caregiving experience (senior or live-in preferred)
  • HCA or NCA with Nurse Delegation (preferred)
  • Ability to meet physical demands including transfers and repositioning
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong reliability and commitment to consistent care
  • Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks
