About The Position

HERS Advisors have partnered with a large, full-service law firm who are looking for a Litigation Support Specialist to work in their Orange County, California office (hybrid) . The Litigation Support Specialist will provide support to litigation attorneys in all three of the firm’s offices during all phases of the litigation process, from the initiation of a case, during document collection and discovery, and through trial and the appellate process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
• 5+ years of electronic discovery experience with complex business litigation in CA state and federal courts
• Proficient using database systems and legal software tools, such as Relativity, Opus, and OnCue, is required
• Strong software skills and knowledge such as Adobe/Kofax, Microsoft Suite
• 1,600 billable hour requirement
