About The Position
HERS Advisors has partnered with an internationally recognized labor and employment law firm who is looking for a Litigation Support Manager to work in their Los Angeles or Orange County, California office (hybrid). The Litigation Support Manager develops and implements eDiscovery project plans to address the identification, collection, review, analysis, and production of evidence in administrative and litigation matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience required
- 5+ years of additional experience in Litigation Support or eDiscovery role, preferably for a major law firm with responsibilities across multiple offices
- Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Demonstrated ability to create key reports memorializing ESI collections, filtering, culling, processing, review and productions
- Demonstrated expertise regarding kCura Relativity, including administrative capabilities, the Relativity Desktop Client, advanced analytics, Relativity Assisted Review workflows, managed review workflows, and production capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise with traditional litigation support technology, including Case Notebook Transcripts (LiveNote), TrialDirector, CaseMap and TimeMap
Nice To Haves
- Prior Litigation Paralegal experience is a plus
