About The Position

HERS Advisors has partnered with a fast-growing full-service law firm in Downtown Los Angeles, California (hybrid) who has an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in the firms Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment, and other practice groups on a wide variety of matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in commercial litigation or labor & employment law.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required (ABA-approved program preferred).
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, including federal and California state court rules.
• Proficiency in legal software (Relativity, CaseMap, Concordance, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft, cite-check, and proofread pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage discovery process, including document collection, review, production, and organization.
• Assist with case management, including maintaining files, calendars, and case databases.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and outside vendors.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and assist with trial logistics and support.
