Within your first 6-12 months, success in this role looks like: providing clients with positive experiences and trusted legal counsel; working with your litigation team to move cases efficiently and consistently, maximizing case value and positive client outcomes; working with trusted mentors and coaches as you learn through TopDog Law training, gaining insight through real-time feedback, case strategy guidance, and elevated standards; working with clear expectations and accountability to eliminate surprises and bottlenecks; partnering effectively with leadership and operations to learn and implement litigation processes without sacrificing autonomy or judgment; and earning recognition internally and externally as a credible, prepared, and decisive advocate for your clients who elevates both people and performance.
