About The Position

This role is for a Litigation Attorney and Pod Lead at TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury law firm. The firm is building for impact, excellence, and growth, fostering a high-performance, high-trust, no-ego culture. The position involves functioning as the market/pod lead for the state of Pennsylvania, developing and managing a team of attorneys and paralegals. Key responsibilities include case evaluation, legal representation in various proceedings (depositions, mediations, hearings, trials), developing legal strategies, and maintaining consistent client communication.
