Position Summary: The part-time Student Support Coordinator is a grant-funded position responsible for conducting academic and individual career assessments for individuals enrolling in the Workforce Education and Lifelong Learning (WELL) Program at the Lenfest Center for Community Workforce Partnerships. As part of the Student Support and recruitment teams the candidate will assist with orientation, student records and data, and workforce and career readiness related workshops. Regularly meet with WELL participants as assigned and adhere to established stag-student boundaries. This position reports to the Assistant Program Coordinator and a bachelor’s degree is required for this role. JOB DETAILS Must be available on nights and weekends when needed. This position requires the following background checks: criminal history review, child abuse clearance, and FBI fingerprinting. Grant-funded position Offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
