Requirements
- Must be currently employed by Paterson Public Schools
- Must have sixty (60) college credits
- Must be able to work the entire length and all components of the program
- Experience working with General, Bilingual, Special Education, Elementary and Middle School students
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with students, staff, parents, administrators, and community
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
- Must be a critical thinker, problem solver and have respect for others
- Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
