About The Position

This is a full-time, temporary Line Worker position located at the A Line – Old Station Plant. The role involves sorting fruit by grade, color, and size, as well as turning, repositioning, bagging, weighing, and boxing fruit. The successful candidate must be able to perform repetitive work with attention to detail, be flexible with their working schedule, and possess good communication skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and push 75 lbs and stand for over 8 hours. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 5:15 am – 1:45 pm, though these may vary depending on production needs.

Requirements

• Must know grades and varieties.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and push 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet 8 plus hours.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting fruit by grade, color and size.
• Turning and repositioning fruit onto trays/clam shells.
• Bagging, weighing and boxing fruit.
• Other duties may be assigned.
