About The Position

Produce and/or package fine quality products in a safe, secure, and sanitary manner within the appropriate specifications outlined by company managers.

Requirements

Communicate effectively across all functions within the plant and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work overtime as needed and as required.
Ability to verbally communicate proficiently in English to effectively engage with internal teams. Applicant must be proficient in reading and understanding English-language manuals, equipment, instructions, and other documents relevant to the role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Prior production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately records lot numbers and dates codes
Operates manual and electric pallet jacks to move product in/out and within the department
Checks and verifies product brought to production lines for accuracy.
Records quantities and lot codes used on production lines into the computer.
Performs label verifications, metal detector checks, GMP checks, etc.
Verifies the correct number of tubs, lids, and production supplies are delivered to each line.
Supports the team with rotations and/or break needs.
Understands and maintains OEE in the department through our REDZONE program.
Reviews inventory counts of products brought into the department.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Motivates professional working relationships between team members.
Regular and timely attendance is required for this job.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or management.
