Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus prepared by the Dietary Manager and Head Cook
• Act as Head Cook for certain shifts every pay period
• Adhere to prescribed diets of the residents or dietary requests from management
• Ensures food is prepared, served and stored using proper sanitation guidelines
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and timeliness of meal service
