About The Position

The Kiawah Island Club delivers a diverse collection of private amenities in distinctive venues. Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of hot food preparation, stocks, sauces, vegetable cookery, and meat temperatures
- Previous experience required in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Experience in saute, grill, broil, steam, fry, and salad stations
- Knowledge of knife skills and cooking terms is essential
- Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation rules is required
Responsibilities
