Requirements
- One to two years of full-service restaurant experience
- Food preparation and line cooking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and work calmly under pressure
- Minimum of one year experience in quality food production and training in food service.
- Previous formal or on the job training in food storage, preparation, cooking and estimating quantities of food.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a senior care facility or hospital
- Experienced working in fine dining
