Line Cooks at are critical to the execution of our culinary experience and brand standards. Working under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, the Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, speed, and consistency. This role must uphold food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards while operating within the fast-paced environment of a high-volume kitchen. As part of our “Culture of Yes,” Line Cooks are expected to work collaboratively and respond to kitchen needs with professionalism and urgency.
