With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities. This is a 100% in-office role based at our Lake Mary, FL location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. There will be 1-2 Fridays per month that this person can work virtually, based on team needs. Position Overview Manager Sales Development is key leadership role overseeing a team of SDRs by driving pipeline growth through strategic outbound efforts. Expertise in sales development best practices, team leadership, and the HCM landscape will be instrumental in crafting a scalable and results-oriented outbound sales strategy. This position works in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging, target the right prospects, and generate qualified leads that progress into revenue-generating opportunities.
