About The Position

The primary duty of a Line Cook is preparing foods for customers. They may prepare individual orders like burgers, pizzas, salads, etc. This requires familiarity with cooking a variety of items to order, as well as managing food presentation and customization.

  • Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Take control of the lunch and or dinner service and ensure guests receive a delicious and memorable meal
  • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after dinner
  • Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic
  • Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
  • Ensure all food is always freshly prepared and on time
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared for the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
  • Ensure any issues are communicated promptly to the F&B Supervisor
  • Ensuring and controlling levels of guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
