The Hilton Orlando, located in the International Drive area next to the Orange County Convention Center, is searching for a talented Line Cook to join their culinary team! This culinary professional will be a part of the Italian Restaurant, Trabucco! Trabucco is an elegant dining experience serving nostalgic Italian cuisine. Inspired by the coastal regions of Italy – from Cinque Terre to the Almalfi Coast, menu offerings include classic antipasti, wood-grilled seafood, handmade pastas and a beverage program highlighting the Italian mainstays – spritzes, house-made limoncello, and robust Italian wine varietals. The bar and lounge will contain a world-class raw bar featuring chilled crudos and a variety of seafood towers.
