About The Position

For more than 19 years, Felipe’s has served scratch-made Mexican food and hand-squeezed Key Lime Margaritas across New Orleans and Southwest Florida. Our Burreros are the heart of the guest experience—crafting burritos, managing line flow, and keeping our service fast, fresh, and fun. This is a high-impact, guest-facing role perfect for individuals who enjoy teamwork, hospitality, and working in an exciting, fast-casual restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, genuine smile
  • Guide guests through the burrito line with great hospitality
  • Portion ingredients accurately for consistency and food quality
  • Work closely with Cocineros (Cooks) and Cajeras (Cashiers) to keep food stocked and fresh
  • Execute orders for dine-in, takeout, online platforms, catering, and bar service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized line throughout your shift
  • Handle stocking, set-up, and end-of-day breakdown
  • Unload, rotate, and organize deliveries
  • Keep food fresh and safe by following all food handling guidelines
