Key duties include problem-solving operational issues related to quality, safety, finance, and associate relations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing new model activities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining professional communication with customers and associates, managing projects, and developing staff. The Assistant Manager monitors safety results, anticipates and prevents problems, acts as a role model, achieves daily production targets, and continuously improves departmental activities. Additionally, the position requires completing daily and monthly reports, communicating effectively with peers and other Assistant Managers, enforcing company and safety policies, participating in disciplinary actions, interviewing candidates, and supporting daily company production and projects.
