About The Position

Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Must be able to anticipate potential problems and apply solutions and preventative measures. Complete daily cycle counts, receipt adjustment, and support of Physical Inventory requirements. Achieve Daily production Targets. Excellent Attendance. Must be able to operate equipment Forklift and Tugger. Must be flexible to support extraordinaries production requirement. Able to investigate abnormal situation and document findings utilizing Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and able present information to large group of associates. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures Support and direct daily company production and projects Safety/Environment: Follow safety rules and requirements Ensure work area is clean (5s at end of shift) Quality Maintain Inventory Accuracy daily Report any inventory irregularities to supervisor immediately Cost: Ensure correct receipt of all parts in both GCCS and GPCS (SOX) Delivery: Support overtime (scheduled or unscheduled) Monitor receiving areas to ensure correct receipt Morale: Interact with team members and customer daily in a positive way Treat all associates consistently and respectfully Raise concerns/issues immediately to management Training: Train on SOPs as presented by management Skill advancement courses are available

Requirements

  • Post-high school education (2 - 4-year degree in Operations Management), Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Able to interact professionally within the company with our customer and associates.
  • Able to lead project teams and present information to management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends, or overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass Hair Follicle Testing and Badging Process through HMA.
  • Computer skills- Microsoft Office; GCCS/GPCS
  • Successful completion of Microsoft Assessment Test will be required
  • Excellent Attendance
