Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach. Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing. Processes and maintains accurate resident files Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents. Assists applicant with the application process Creates and updates waitlist Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents
