Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED Experience with LIHTC/tax credit REQUIRED Experience with Yardi or similar software strongly preferred Pines at Castle Rock - 630 Units $22-$24/hr Schedule will rotate during the following days/ times: Monday-Saturday 8-6p (full-time, days off will rotate between Sunday/Monday and Sunday/Wednesday, hours change seasonally) The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. Requirements

  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish), both written and spoken. - Required
  • Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. - Required
  • Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
  • Attention to detail
  • Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
  • Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi or similar software strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred
  • Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs

Responsibilities

  • Greet and tour prospective residents.
  • Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
  • Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
  • Processes and maintains accurate resident files
  • Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
  • Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts
  • Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
  • Assists applicant with the application process
  • Creates and updates waitlist
  • Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
  • Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents
